About

Volker Liebig is a German photographer who worked in Rome, Paris and the Netherlands. His photography is influenced by the esthetics of the Bauhaus. “Less is more” and searching forms and colours as well as contrasts of forms and colours are visible in his photography. In his photos he creates abstraction by finding new perspectives and patterns by using reflections and close ups. He also searches lights and shadows to emphasise or hide, illuminate or point.
