After an exciting career as manager for space programmes Volker Liebig turned to an old passion of his youth, photography.

  

Minimalistic architecture or objects and sensual portraits are his favourite subjects. While his minimalistic photography is influenced by the aesthetics of the Bauhaus, with the search for colour and form contrasts, his portraits try to show the person and her emotions in a natural way. “Less is more” could also be the motto of his sensual portraits by giving imagination enough room.
